Easily make a payment
using your credit card or digital wallet.

Just click on the appropriate button for your type of appointment.  The button will take you to Square where you can safely make a payment using a variety of credit cards such as VISA or MasterCard or selected digital wallets including CashApp.  All transactions are secure and encrypted. Super simple!

You can even opt for Afterpay which divides your payment into four interest-free installments.  Wow!

Often family members are scheduled back-to-back.  To make it easier for you, use the button for TWO follow-up visits.

Just a reminder that your paperwork and payment must arrive within 7 days of confirming a new patient appointment or at least 48 hours before your follow-up appointment so that we have time to get ready for your appointment.
