Electromagnetic radiation (EMR) is also known as electromagnetic frequencies (EMF), electropollution, and electrosmog and is caused by electronic devices, appliances, lighting, computers, wireless devices, cell towers, so called smart meters, and more.
The resulting invisible waves adversely impact health and are associated with many symptoms, such as fatigue, headaches, insomnia, memory loss, digestive issues, mood problems, and more.
The good news is that electropollution can be cleaned up!
Avoid living near cell towers and high-tension power lines.
You can also minimize AC electric and magnetic fields in your home by unplugging (not just turning off) anything with a plug.
Cell phones should be kept away from you as much as possible. And WiFi should be turned off at night and when not in use during the day. Try switching your wireless phone for a regular plug-in phone if needed.
In particular, your bedroom should be a sleep sanctuary with no electronics, TVs, cell phones, extension cords, etc. Also, it is best if you do not sleep over a garage door opener. The EMFs and EMRs actually affect your sleep quality and healing ability.
The filters just plug into existing outlets - easy! Also, they provide recommendations about number of filters per type of room. Greenwave products are considered to be the gold standard for this type of technology.
And remove smart meters from your home - they really are not smart at all. Smart meters are digital meters that send a signal to your energy company and that send pulses throughout your house every few seconds. These signals and pulses create a harmful electromagnetic field around you, your family, and your pets.
Most energy companies have an opt out for smart meters. In Ohio, the Ohio Code 4901(J) mandates the opt out option. For a small fee they will replace your smart meter (digital meter with signals and pulses) with a digital meter (no signals, no pulses). The old analog meters (with dials) are no longer available. They will charge a small monthly fee for someone to come to your house to read your non-smart meter.
The first step is to find someone at your energy company who actually knows about and understands this proces. Customer service folks have no clue and will tell you contradictory information. Believe me, I know! I suggest that you ask for the person in charge of the opt out program who can answer your questions about the meters and who can make sure that you get a non-smart meter. If the meter reader is not actually walking up to your meter to read it, then you still have a smart meter.
If you are unable to remove your smart meter, then you can cover your smart meter with a Smart Meter Cover to prevent the harmful electromagnetic field. The electric company still receives their signals and the smart meter still pulses throughout the house. However, the cover can prevent the harmful electromagnetic field the emanates from the meter. This option is particular good if the smart meter is located behind a bedroom or sofa or kitchen where your family spends considerable time.
Water companies also use smart meters. However, water companies are much smaller and more local and often do not have opt outs. Still, it is good to try to get a non-smart meter if possible.
If you are unable to replace your smart meters, then protect yourself with the Greenwave filters. These filters are still helpful even if you have replaced your smart meters because they extend the life of you computers and other electrical devices.

The secret of health
for both mind and body
is not to mourn for the past,
worry about the future,
or anticipate troubles,
but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.
