Healthy Body Meditation

This healthy body meditation is designed to align your conscious and unconscious minds in order to generate healing and well-being in your body. We can actually heal ourselves if we believe that healing is possible.  Just think about the placebo pills that heal many people just because they believed that the pill contained powerful medication.  Our minds are so much more powerful than we realize!

Try to set aside 30 min at least once and preferably twice per day to listen to this meditation over 6 weeks. 

Over time, your unconscious mind will truly believe that you are healthy and your body will manifest health. 

Then, you can gradually adjust your medications and supplements under the care of your physician(s).
